Participants will be guided through a process of reflection, starting with an overview of foundational theories and strategies for reflection. They will complete a self-assessment to build towards a sustainable, meaningful, and personalized CPD plan, considering learning preferences, areas of interest for professional growth, and short-, mid- and long-term planning.
